Solenoid Coil Main Structure:
The conventional structure of a solenoid valve coil includes: Framework, Enameled copper wire, PIN, Yoke and Encapsulation. In addition, according to the actual use, there will be a magnetizing guide ring, a rectifier bridge be used for rectifying, etc.

How to choose a matching solenoid coil?
1. Voltage: The first thing to consider is the voltage of the solenoid valve, which is DC or AC.
2. Power or Resistance:
3. Dimension: The coil hole diameter, height and width, etc.
4. Working Environment: Temperature, humidity, indoor or outdoor, protection class, etc.
5. Electrical Connections: DIN 43560 type, flying leads type, standard interface, etc.
6. Application: Some special application areas need to use of special design solenoid coils. For example, some industries require waterproof, so must use IP67 or higher waterproof grade solenoid coils.
7. Other Requirements: such as environmental protection material requirements or certification.
